HOW CAN I PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE?
The Sparky's Distribution online shop is currently ONLY used for authorized Sparky's Distribution
retailers. In order to log in to a buyer account, your sales rep must provide you with a unique log in
and password ID. After that, you can access Sparky's product line and process your stock orders via
the web. If your shop is not setup as a dealer, you will need to contact a sales rep and become a

WEBSITE. HOW CAN I OPEN AN ONLINE ACCOUNT?
If you have already been purchasing from Sparky's Distribution and would like a log in ID and
password, please contact your sales rep and this information will be provided to you.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I PLACE MY ORDER? WHEN DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?
Your order is submitted into our system in Longwood, FL where your sales representative will
double check your order. Once you submit your for in-stock products, it will be processed
automatically using your "default" payment type. If you are credit card terms, your rep will then
preauthorize your card for the order and send it to our warehouse for packing. If you are on net terms,
your order will go straight to the warehouse for packing, processing, and shipping. If you have any
questions regarding this process, please contact your sales rep for assistance prior to placing your
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
In most cases, your order will ship the same day if your order is placed before 12 noon EST
Monday - Friday.
CAN I BACKORDER PRODUCTS?
To place a backorder for any items that are not currently in stock, please contact your sales
representative. They can then let you know when that particular product is coming back into stock.
IT WON'T LET ME ENTER A PO NUMBER AT CHECKOUT. WHAT IS WRONG?
We have noticed this problem in Internet Explorer 9. Try using another browser like Chrome or Firefox.
We are working on the fix now.
WHAT IS A WISHLIST?
The "Wishlist" is a place for you to "bookmark" certain products that you want to purchase in the
future. If someone comes into your shop and asks about one of our products, add it to your wishlist
until you are ready to place an order. You can also make a note as to which customer was asking
about that product. It is a great reminder when creating a list of specific special order products.
WHAT ARE PRODUCT ALERTS?
On a product page, you can sign up to get notified when an out of stock product comes back into
stock. You'll get an email once this specific product becomes available again to purchase. Also on
the product page, you can sign up for a price alert on any product. You will receive an email if the
price changes on that specific product. It is very helpful too if you are waiting for a special deal on a

I AM NOT A RETAILER BUT WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE; HOW DO I DO THIS?
At this time, we do not offer any products for retail sales. However, Sparky's Distribution will be
happy to suggest several online and local retailers that can service you. Check our dealer locator
