  • Ronnie Bonner and Ryan Sher on The Come Up TV

Posted on May 13, 2016 by Cole Delvecchio

If you are familiar with The Come Up TV; you know that they regularly interview the top pros and serious industry dudes. This week The Shadow Conspiracy founder and our ship's Captain Ronnie Bonner sat down with friend and Subrosa Brand Manager Ryan Sher, and Adam & Alfredo from The Come Up to talk about how he got to where he is today, why he is still here today, the current state of BMX, and much more. Take a moment to sit down, listen, and learn something from a great dude.

"If you were to make a list of the most influential and important figures in the history of the BMX industry, you would be remiss not to include Ronnie Bonner in your top 5. We were lucky enough to get the man himself in the studio alongside my business partner Alfredo Mancuso and Ronnie’s right hand man, Ryan Sher for a discussion about starting UGP, The Shadow Conspiracy, Subrosa and all the other stuff he’s done during his time in the BMX world. Enjoy and support real BMX brands doing real shit for the scene." - The Come Up

  • Subrosa X Slayer

Posted on May 2, 2016 by Cole Delvecchio

BMX has always had love for metal. Whether it’s in the headphones of riders ripping through town, background music during a contest run, or the soundtrack to some of the most famous and influential video parts, Slayer has been a huge piece of it all.

Subrosa is a BMX lifestyle brand with the goal of producing high quality complete bikes, after market frames, parts and softgoods with great attention to detail, while always representing what BMX means to us. We are humbled and honored to be teaming up with Slayer on this project. We wanted to create bikes that BMX riders could use and abuse, and we had to do justice to Slayer and their fans by creating a look that would represent the band, and stand out from anything we’ve done before.

The “Cradle to Grave” theme in this collaboration project will embrace audiences from all ages because once you are a Subrosa or a Slayer fan, you are a fan for life.

The entire Subrosa / Slayer collection will be available worldwide in October.

Check out the lookbook below to see the entire colelction.
